Laser liposuction removes the fat that diet and exercise leave behind, and does it with a laser instead of force. At LovMedSpa we use BeautiFill by LipoLife, Alma’s third-generation platform: one in-office procedure that removes stubborn fat, tightens the skin over it, and harvests that fat for transfer, all under local anesthesia.
A 1470 nm laser fiber sits inside the cannula and fires in a 360-degree pattern while suction runs at the same time. The wavelength is absorbed by water and fat, so it liquefies fat cells at low energy and seals small blood vessels as it goes. That is why patients see less bruising, swelling, and bleeding than with traditional liposuction, and why the procedure itself is shorter.
The same controlled heat contracts existing collagen and elastin fibers and stimulates new collagen, so the treated area firms over the following months instead of being left loose. A dedicated LipoTight cannula delivers that tightening to the face and neck on its own, with no fat removal at all.
Because the fat comes out gently, it stays viable for grafting, and it can be re-injected on the spot into the buttocks, hips, breasts, hands, or face. That is the basis of our fat transfer BBL: your own tissue, moved to where you want it, in the same visit.
