Sermorelin?
Growth hormone output peaks in your twenties and falls steadily afterward. The decline shows up as lighter sleep, slower recovery from training, stubborn midsection fat, and the sense that the same effort no longer produces the same results. Direct growth hormone injections are one approach, but they are expensive, tightly regulated, and override the body's own feedback loops.
Sermorelin takes a different route. It is a synthetic version of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone-releasing hormone, the signal your hypothalamus sends to the pituitary. Injected at night, it prompts your own pituitary to release growth hormone in its natural pulse, and because your body still governs the amount, the approach is intended to keep levels within a physiological range.
Many patients report deeper sleep first, often within the first few weeks, then better recovery, body composition, and energy over the following months. It is a gradual therapy, not a stimulant.
Sermorelin is a small nightly subcutaneous injection compounded to your prescription. Your provider reviews your labs, sets the dose, and monitors IGF-1 to confirm it is working within the target range.
At LovMedSpa, sermorelin is prescribed by our Medical Directors after a consultation and baseline labs, and it is frequently combined with testosterone optimization as part of a complete plan.
Stimulates your own pituitary rather than replacing growth hormone, so output is meant to stay in a natural, self-regulated range.
Growth hormone is released mainly during deep sleep, and many patients notice sleep quality improve first.
Supports tissue repair after training and injury, which is why athletes and active men over 35 are typical patients.
Over months, some patients report reduced abdominal fat and better lean muscle retention alongside training.
Baseline and follow-up IGF-1 labs confirm the dose is right for you.
