PT-141?

ED medication solves a plumbing problem: it keeps blood in the penis once arousal starts. It does nothing for the arousal itself. For many men the harder problem is upstream — low desire, slow arousal, or an erection that is physically possible but never seems to want to happen.

PT-141, known generically as bremelanotide, works there. It is a melanocortin peptide that activates receptors in the hypothalamus tied to sexual desire and arousal.
